  • 違反 → 退去＋クリーニング費 ¥30,000 請求

🏊 プール利用

  • 利用時間：9:00〜21:00

  • 砂や海水を真水で流してから入ってください

  • デッキやプールに砂を入れないでください

🛏 客室

  • 虫よけのため網戸を必ず使用

  • 22:00以降はお静かに

  • 室内に入る前に砂を落としてください

🤝 共有スペース

  • 大声・大音量禁止（特に21:00以降）

  • ランドリールームやデッキチェアは譲り合ってご利用ください

👥 宿泊者以外

  • 宿泊者以外は立入禁止

  • 無断立ち入りは通報対象

⏰ チェックイン／チェックアウト

  • チェックイン：15:00〜17:15
    （遅れる場合は事前連絡 → セルフチェックイン対応）

  • チェックアウト：11:00まで

❌ 禁止事項

  • ペット、花火、焚き火、炭火BBQ

  • 違法薬物、危険物、賭博、パーティー、商用利用

  • 野生動物への餌付け

🅿️ Parking

  • ¥1,500 / car / night

  • Pay at check-in

🚭 Smoking

  • NO smoking inside villa, decks, rooftop, or parking

  • Smoking area: roadside tables in front of burger shop only

  • Violation = eviction + ¥30,000 cleaning fee

🏊 Pool Rules

  • Open: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Rinse sand & seawater before entering

  • No sand on deck or in pool

🛏 Guest Rooms

  • Use screens to keep insects out

  • Quiet time: after 10:00 PM

  • Rinse off sand before entering rooms

🤝 Shared Spaces

  • No loud music or noise, especially after 9:00 PM

  • Be considerate: do not “reserve” deck chairs or laundry room

👥 Visitors

  • Registered guests only

  • No unregistered visitors allowed

⏰ Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM (later = self check-in, contact us)

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

❌ Not Allowed

  • Pets, fireworks, bonfires, charcoal BBQ

  • Drugs, weapons, gambling, parties, commercial events

  • Feeding wild animals

⚠️ Safety & Responsibility

  • Children must be supervised at all times (esp. pool)

  • Guests are responsible for damages

  • Villa not responsible for accidents, theft, or lost items
